The Ogilvie Pavilion Has Been Tendered
< Back to NewsOur project in the seaside village of Thorpeness, in East Suffolk has been tendered.

We are delighted to announce that our Ogilvie Pavilion and Community Hall project in Thorpeness has officially gone out for tender. This marks an exciting milestone in our efforts to deliver a modern, sustainable hub for the local community.
Led by the Ogilvie Pavilion and Sports Ground Charitable Incorporated Organisation, the development will see the construction of a new community hall alongside the existing sports pavilion, linked by a pergola and complemented by outdoor play and picnic areas.
Designed with sustainability and community needs at its heart, the project respects the site’s heritage and its setting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It will provide flexible spaces for social and recreational activities, improved accessibility, and enhanced outdoor facilities.
We’re now looking forward to the build with a view to breaking ground later this year.
