Deal Seafront House Receives Planning Permission
< Back to NewsOur project for a new build seafront house in Deal, Kent, has finally received Planning Permission following a successful Appeal!
We are extremely delighted to have received Planning Permission for our new build seafront house in Deal, Kent. The project is for a four bedroom detached house on The Marina (a seafront road situated towards the north end of Deal’s town centre). Following favourable comment at the pre-application stage, the scheme was later turned down by the Local Planning Authority (LPA). A comprehensive Appeal followed resulting in the LPA’s decision being overturned.
This hard fought Approval maintains our 100% record in obtaining Planning Permission for our clients and their projects!
Work is now well underway in preparing the project for tender to building contractors. The project is expected to start on site in mid 2020. Check back here soon for further information.
