We are extremely excited to have won full planning permission for our Buller Road project. The planning application was warmly received by both the Local Planning Authority (LPA) and local community alike. So much so, that the LPA was able to approve the application under ‘delegated powers’. We are now looking forward to working up the designs to put out to tender to building contractors later this year.
